Retraced Global Live Training Program for Suppliers

In this live session, you will learn how to respond to CAPAs to which you have been assigned to by your client. This includes, for instance, identifying urgent actions, providing evidence and remediation documents, and informing your client about completed actions. The training is practical and takes about 45 minutes.

Anyone responsible for completing client requests on the Retraced platform — such as compliance teams, sustainability staff, merchandisers, production managers, or administrative teams at your facility.

Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes.

Yes. After the session, you will receive access to the recording, so you can review it or share it with colleagues who could not attend.

Yes. If you complete the practice action by the deadline, you will receive:

• Certificate of Completion
• Retraced CAPA Badge (PNG)

You can use these on your website, email signature, or promotional materials.

Please make sure you can log in to your Retraced account ahead of the session.
You will also receive a practice action request beforehand — you do not need to complete it before the session.

Yes! You can send your questions in the chat, and our trainers will answer them during or after the session.

Yes. You may join any session that fits your language or time zone. All sessions cover the same content.
